“The City has received its annual renewal rates from Scott & White Health Plan for FY 2023/2024. The proposed rate is 13% higher than the current rate.”

Just to give you a sample of some of the new and old rates taken from Moreno’s numbers (page 9):
Old rates for 2022/2023: employee insurance costs $1,348.69[City pays $969.61 and employee pays $398.88]
New rates for 2023/2024: employee insurance costs $1,548.58[City pays $1,110.32 and employee pays $438.26]
You’ll notice from the numbers given, that the “employee” portion only goes up 10% while the “CITY” portion goes up 14.6%. The entire rate jumps $200 a month but the City (meaning YOU, the taxpayer) covers $160 of that increase while the employee only covers $40.
Very cool deal to only pay $438 a month for insurance worth $1,548 a month. That benefit is worth $13,320 to the employee – and they probably don’t even realize or appreciate it.
But remember: this is to be IGNORED during discussions about City employee compensation over the next few weeks.
P.S. Employees also get Vision and Dental. The Dental premiums will go up 5% and vision unchanged.
P.P.S. – Employees also get a 2-1 match on retirement contributions. If Finley/Ryan/Stacey/Monica etc contributes $7,000, the City then chips in $14,000 from the taxpayer. That way, $7,000 becomes $21,000. But that pension is received in the future – so THAT benefit doesn’t really count either, right?

There is no non-profit information filed for them either, but at least they show up in a search. This means a tiny, pissant organization of zealots. Not real scientists.
Starting to get the picture? This is how a very small group of nutjobs, grifters and little boys who live with their moms ends up foisting retarded and sure-to-fail policies on all 330 million of us. You ever wonder who the asshole is who came up with banning gas stoves? New official figures have been published that reveal the overwhelming number of people who died from Covid had received three or more shots of mRNA vaccines for the virus.
The UK government quietly released the official figures for Covid deaths in 2022.
The data reveals that the triple+ vaccinated population accounted for 92% of Covid-19 deaths throughout the entirety of 2022.
The figures also show that 9 in every 10 Covid deaths in England over the past two years had received three or more of the shots.
On the 21st of February 2023, the Office for National Statistics (ONS), a UK Government agency, quietly published data on deaths by vaccination status in England up to 31st December 2022.

The following chart shows the ONS-recorded Covid deaths per month by vaccination status in England between 1st April 2021 and 31st December 2022, a period of 21 Months:
May 2021 saw the lowest number of Covid deaths, with 205 among the vaccinated population and just 84 among the unvaccinated population.
But fast forward a year and we find Covid deaths skyrocketed by 450%, with 1,494 among the vaccinated and just 96 among the unvaccinated.
Surely if the Covid injections were effective we would expect to see deaths decreasing year on year, not increasing?
Instead, what we find from the data is that Covid deaths among the unvaccinated population have become almost negligible.
Deaths among the vaccinated population, meanwhile, have become more significant as time passes.
For instance, between April 1st and December 31st 2021, there were 17,150 Covid deaths, 13,116 of which were among the vaccinated, and 4,034 of which were among the unvaccinated.
This means 76.5% of Covid deaths were among the vaccinated, whilst 23.5% of deaths were among the unvaccinated.
Then between April 1st 2022 and December 31st 2022, there were 17,161 Covid deaths, which is only an increase of 11 deaths.
But the difference is, just 970 of those deaths were among the unvaccinated, whilst 16,191 were among the fully vaccinated.
Make a party out of it! Take Haywood and Tucker down to Dr. Cain with you and make a big circle jerk out of it. You can talk about solar panels and insurrections what it’s like to live as a parasite off of others. You all have so much in common!

In fall 2021, in four Massachusetts school districts with 18,000 children, researchers found 44 potential cases of in-school transmission.

18,000 students. 34 schools. Four months. And 44 Covid infections – including no infections of teachers or other staff members.
Throughout 2020 and 2021, as parents pressed with increasing urgency to reopen classrooms, teachers unions and Democratic politicians warned in-school Covid transmission would lead to waves of death. “Teachers are so worried about returning to school that they’re preparing wills,” CNN infamously wrote on July 16, 2020.
In reality, schools were among the safest possible places for students and teachers during Covid, this study suggests.
