Setting aside there is a 95% chance this is one of his shills sending a fake letter, step back and take note of what happened here – because it has happened thousands of times over the last ten months:
#1 – Clayton runs around telling EASILY disprovable lies about “data centers” – including stillbirths in cows, heart murmurs in kids, electric rates doubling, wells becoming toxic and all the rest. He scares gullible old fools into “signing my petition” which does nothing to ever solve any problems but DOES put their names on a fundraising list. Ag Commissioner can DO NOTHING about data centers, power rates, high voltage lines, or anything else he yammers about. That means he is committing fraud by raising money under false pretenses.
#2 – Clayton, who has never worked a real job, is unemployed and is taking $100,000 checks from Hollywood scumbags who do coke with underage hookers, gladly cashes this meager check he doesn’t need at all but the old guy probably does.
#3 – After swindling the poor old guy out of 30% of his total net worth and throwing it onto his pile of campaign money (part of which goes straight to the very tech companies he claims to be fighting) he actually BRAGS about it on social media (also hosted on a data center.)
You know where that $100 will go? It’ll buy Starbucks and Whataburger for Comrade Clayton and his morbidly obese campaign lapdog Izzy “Baby Beluga” Young for one day.
Meanwhile, not a single data center or power line will EVER be stopped by Clayton Tucker whether he wins or not. You can take that to the bank. I’ll bet my entire house on that.
