The Eagles are currently doing 68 shows at The Sphere in Las Vegas. That would be the SAME Las Vegas that sits in a desert and chugs power from the hydroelectric turbines at the Hoover Dam – which is fed by Lake Meade.
A few weeks ago, Comrade Clayton was having a hissy fit about Lake Meade being drained by Evil Data Centers. But the truth is that Vegas sucks down ginormous amounts of power – all for the purpose of frivolous gambling!
The Sphere, which is located in the middle of a desert, sucks down a TON of power! Enough to power about 25,000 homes!!
Wow! The Eagles are LITERALLY wasting 88 MILLION GALLONS of water over there at the Hoover Dam to generate enough electricity for EACH SHOW they do.
