Do we now live in a day and age where it’s NOT shameful and embarrassing to get caught lying over and over and over again? I grew up in the 1970s. My dad would be ashamed and humiliated if I went out into the world and made up massive piles of bullshit repeatedly JUST to scam money off of old ladies.
