I’ve told this to other people when they ask why I’m wasting so much time on an inconsequential mosquito like Clayton Tucker: this “data centers are going to steal your water and jack up your electric rates” bullshit is catching like wildfire all over the country. It reminds me EXACTLY of the Covid hysteria and the same people are falling for it: dumb liberal women who can’t do math and have no common sense.
Never mind that electric rates in Texas are some of the lowest in the nation. Never mind most of the centers are providing their own power out of necessity. Never mind they can use closed-loop water systems. Never mind that GOLF COURSES and ALMOND ORCHARDS use exponentially more water than data centers. Neven mind that all these idiots screaming to shut down data centers use social media and computers 8 hours a day and would be fucked without them. Never mind that Clayton Tucker as Ag commissioner can DO NOTHING about any of this.
None of those facts matter. The rabble is whipped up into a frenzy and this mob of chimps will not listen to any rational voice. They are pissed about prices going up generally (due to deficit spending and money printing NOT data centers) and will take it out on an easy target that fits into a bumper-sticker slogan: data centers.
Throw in Trump’s RETARDED decision to attack Iran and the subsequent gas price increase which is pissing off a LOT of people on the right – and you have a LOT less people going to the polls in November to pull the R lever.
Oh, and throw in the fact that Texas is rapidly filling up with shitlibs from California and other far-left states AND the importation of a billion Indians and muslims who vote shitlib and you have BIG trouble brewing in November.
This is why Nate Sheets need to get off his ass and file suit to have Tucker thrown off the ballot since he clearly DOES NOT meet the legal requirements to hold the Ag Commissioner position. I’ve done all the homework for him already. He needs to smother this infant in the crib.
