Congressman Bowman regularly brags about his years as a teacher and principal. He’s from a state that requires TWELVE fire drills per school year. The man knows exactly how fire alarms work.
Bowman (who was VEHEMENTLY against standardized testing) used to be a public school principal before he was elected to Congress, at a private school he founded that has a 27% literacy rate, so… maybe he truly IS retarded?
