Socialized medicine – taking billions from people who earned it and handing it to people who didn’t – many of whom are able-bodied or illegals (over 6 million cases). That is the definition of wealth re-distribution from those who EARNED it to those who DID NOT.
Not sure anyone calls “social security” socialism because ostensibly you pay into this and then get a LOT less back after the government fucks you. That assumes you even live to 65. if you don’t, your family gets $0, which is a complete screw job. However, over the last 100 years, idiot politicians have added on all kinds of extras and DOES pay out piles of money to people who didn’t pay in. This is why it is going broke at a rapid rate.
“Free” education – taking trillions from people who earned it and maybe DIDN’T go to college and handing it to those who DIDN’T earn it for what is oftentimes a completely useless degree. That is the definition of wealth re-distribution. Mad about your shitty degree? Sue the college.
“Free” childcare – taking trillions from people who earned it and maybe don’t even have children and handing it to those who irresponsibly have piles of kids they can’t afford. That is the definition of wealth re-distribution.
Tax cuts: This is letting people KEEP what THEY earned. It is THEIR money earned by sacrificing THEIR time and effort. It’s not YOURS. They are not “costing” the government money. See the difference?? Also, they like to say “a trillion” to make it sound worse, but remember that is over 10 years.
The media twists every tax cut as a handout to the wealthy for the simple reason the wealthy pay almost all taxes. Trump is doing everything he can to aim tax cuts at the poor — tips, overtime, social security payments, and small business (QBI).
