Another Wind Boondoggle Behind Schedule In Taxachussetts.

Massive offshore wind project that was to be operational in 2023 gets a single turbine running.

The turbine, one of 62, was producing 5 megawatts out of a total of 800 (0.6%) megawatts planned. The developers had said as late as last week the project would be operating by 2023. It is not.

The $4 billion boondoggle is called Vineyard Wind, and is supposed to power 400,000 homes – which works out to a cost of $10,000 per home BEFORE factoring in the cost of operation. That’s assuming all turbines will be operational all the time (they never are). I also cannot imagine the maintenance and equipment nightmares when dealing with highly-corrosive salt water.

When I read this article, the name rang a bell. Then I remembered that the shrill, uptight libskank Carol Garner Doughty was bragging about it last year since Massachusetts is supposedly going to be her new home:

Of course, the poor saps in Taxachussetts are going to pay dearly with higher rates for this unreliable and costly power source. They ALREADY had the third-highest rates in the nation last year…

I pay around 10.2 cents out here in the Texas boonies. Imagine that $500 electric bill you were bitching about last summer being more like $1,400.

But libskanks married to fat wallets who look like Stephen Hawking and got rich on Apple stock (greedy liberal CEO Tim Cook paid over $100 million in 2022) don’t have to worry about that.

Only the poorz have to worry about high electric bills – and there sure aren’t any of THOSE in her new, diverse, 98.57% white, average income of $112,000 town of Lenox Massachusetts.

Hey wait a minute! If you moved to freezing cold Lenox, what are you still doing in “evil, backwards, violent, bloody” Texas filled with tranny haters and gun toters? Why are you posting about dogs this week when you don’t live here anymore?

“Our” lakes?? You are not a Texan. You are a Masshole. Oh, and a twat.

Could it be you are waiting until the brutal NE winter is over before moving? Or maybe you’ll wait until around July 4th so you can say your residence was in Texas for 2024 and thus avoid a lot of Massachusetts state income taxes?

If so, it’s not really about any of your virtuous principles concerning trannies, guns, or abortion. It’s really more about your personal comfort and money – which is unsurprising since you are a classic Limo Liberal douchebags.

Speaking of comfort: I think that anyone who is a champion of wind should have their home hooked up DIRECTLY to the turbines with no other power source options. That way, when the wind dies down, you can look like complete assholes at your fancy dinner parties when the power goes out for 12 hours or so and you’re sitting in the dark with all the food in the fridge spoiling and no hot water.

No cheating with a backup generator either! Those run on evil fossil fuels and are NOT allowed:

But that will never happen, because dumb lefty bitches like this have zero clue about how the world or the economy works. They are just massive hypocrites living in their idiot bubbles.
