It appears that Comrade Clayton has sold THREE goats this year: Moonpie, Han Solo and ‘Unnamed”! Combined with the four he sold last year, he is well on his way to being able to afford car insurance for 3 months!

A recent Tucker Carlson podcast had Vivek Ramaswamy on there explaining in great detail how they were going to massively shrink the size of the federal government. It’s definitely worth a listen and the good stuff starts around the 30 minute mark and runs for about 25 minutes.

I for one, cannot wait. I’ve been hearing “small government” bullshit since the 1980s and it never happens. Vivek is the first one to seriously research how to get rid of these parasites without getting sued into oblivion. The way he aims to do it is brilliant and it WILL work.

October Sales Tax Receipts – Lampasas Beats Texas AGAIN. Two In a Row.

My goodness – how does the city do it? We haven’t even had an Economic Development Director for like four months!

The state of Texas was UP a measly 0.35% for the month of October. The state is just barely ahead of last year on a year-to-date basis (+1.64%)

Lampasas was UP 2.31% (row 585 as always). On a year-to-date basis, the City is now barely ahead of last year as well (+1.56%).
