Radiogram Vs. Mayor – Who Ya Got?

After I publicly noted we hadn’t seen a Covid update in a week, almost immediately Mayor Talbert (coincidentally!) posted a new update, as seen below:

Sounds scary! FOUR hospitalizations! Although the “under 18 in the ICU” note has vanished – as predicted.

Unfortunately, this does not match the Covid update given the very same day by the Radiogram yesterday (11/30/20)

Radiogram says only ONE resident in the hospital and 49 active cases. Talbert tells us the very same day that it is FOUR in the hospital and 46 active cases.

Oh well – what’s a 300% markup on hospitalizations between friends!

I also think it’s hilarious that Kline Whitis Elementary – where most of the kids aren’t wearing masks – has only had TWO covid cases over the last 4 months. Both recovered, of course.

But over at the HIGH SCHOOL – where they are ALL forced to wear masks and the kids are older and arguably more capable of following directions on how to wear the damn things – they have had THIRTY-SIX KIDS catch the deadly plague and THIRTEEN STAFF. LOL.

Gee, it’s almost like not only do masks not help, perhaps they even make things WORSE as these poor saps are fiddling with their masks all day and TOUCHING THEIR FACES FAR MORE THAN THEY OTHERWISE WOULD.

But what do I know. I’m not a “health authority” or a $200,000-per-year school superintendent. Just a dumb yaloo Lampasshole using common sense.

Americans’ “Delusional Psychosis” Over COVID-19 Endangers Liberty

The “hysteria” surrounding COVID-19 is causing Americans to police themselves for lockdown and mask violations for fear their neighbors or relatives will turn on them, a situation “similar to communist China,” a California psychiatrist warned recently.

“We don’t need a police force. We don’t need a secret Stasi to go after the neighbor that isn’t wearing his mask on a park bench. We have families who are willing to do that,” Dr. Mark McDonald, a child and adolescent psychiatrist in West Lost Angeles, said during the Truth Over Fear Summit, a virtual conference on the coronavirus organized by broadcaster Patrick Coffin.

“We have office workers [who] will come by and mace you if you are not wearing a mask, and no one will come to your rescue,” McDonald continued. “In fact, they’ll probably applaud it.”

In McDonald’s professional opinion, the fear that the government and the media have instilled in so many Americans has “become so entrenched that it has reached a state of what I would call delusional psychosis.”

“Fear has become a new virtue. Never before in the history of this country have we told people that fear is good” or to “settle into” those fears and allow them “to control and constrain your life,” he said.

McDonald pointed out that while many Americans believe that everyone is equally at risk of contracting and dying from COVID-19, “it is a lie.” In fact, the only group of people at serious risk of death from the virus is those over age 70, particularly those with multiple comorbidities. Everyone else has at least a 99.5-percent chance of surviving the disease, and even the elderly stand a 94.6-percent chance.

Despite the fact that such information is readily accessible, many Americans continue to be unreasonably afraid of COVID-19 to the point that the “hysteria” is creating a situation of “group control,” whereby those who aren’t afraid of the virus nevertheless find themselves donning masks or social distancing in an effort to avoid confrontations with their panicked friends and neighbors, McDonald argued.

To illustrate his point, McDonald related some anecdotes from his own life. LifeSiteNews recounted them thus:

During a recent flight on Delta Airlines, a “furious” flight attendant “castigated me” for drinking water for more than three minutes, and continued to “hound” him throughout the flight, McDonald related.

When the plane reached its destination, McDonald was “escorted off” and interviewed by a station manager. Two weeks later, he received a letter from Delta banning him from flights “in perpetuity,” or until the airline withdrew its mask mandate.

Moreover, McDonald was later told by the person he was traveling with that “all the passengers erupted into applause” after he was escorted off the plane, because “their anxiety was relieved by me being punished for not appropriately wearing the mask as requested, as demanded.”

During another flight, McDonald went to the galley for some water, and an attendant on her break offered to get him some, but was berated by an on-duty flight attendant for not wearing a mask.

McDonald said he was “stunned” by this behavior on the part of passengers and crew.

“So the end result of this: what appears to me is a country which is using its own citizens as a de facto police force, very similar to communist China, that has a social point system in place where neighbor informs on neighbor, family informs on family,” he said.

“This has a terribly damaging effect on our society.”

Because of Americans’ “delusional psychosis,” McDonald refers to the space outside his home or office as the “outdoor insane asylum,” where he must assume “that any person that I run into is insane” unless the person proves otherwise.

Some of the threats posed by coronavirus hysteria can be reduced by removing tyrannical governors and mayors and electing pro-liberty candidates, McDonald maintained, “but we need a virtuous populace as well, not just a virtuous governing body.”

“We need a people who believe in and cherish freedom as a virtue, rather than fear. Never before in the history of this country has fear been enshrined as a virtue. If it stays this way and we don’t address it and redress it, we are lost.”

Mayor Talbert Engages In Disgusting Fear Mongering With Covid Report

‘Nauseating’ is the only word that comes to mind when I see this tripe:

Throwing in “One under 18 in the ICU” is the kind of fear-mongering that has put us in the mess we are in. Thousands of poorly-informed Lampassholes see that and think “Oh my god! My kid could die!” when the actual odds of that happening are astronomical if your child is a typical kid. They are LITERALLY more likely to get struck by lightning.

Talbert has let that Covid report nugget dangle in the breeze on Facebook for a WEEK now with ZERO updates – so everyone can worry and stew about it! I find it hard to believe there have been no updates in a week. I guarantee you that on the next report, there will be no mention of the “child in intensive care” nonsense and she sure as hell won’t point out that the “under 18 in ICU” survived after all.

If you are going to start giving SOME details (like the above) which scare people, an honest person would include ALL the details. Give us pre-existing conditions, height and weight, past medical history, etc. For all we know, this “under 18 in the ICU” has been in the hospital off and on their entire life. Maybe they have a terrible pre-existing condition that puts them in the hospital every year.

Of course, Mayor Fearmonger won’t bother with all that.

I don’t think I’ve ever said the virus isn’t real. I’m saying the ridiculous overreaction to it is doing FAR more harm than good. The ‘cure’ is worse than the ‘disease’.

I’m here to tell you that MILLIONS of people who caught this were wearing masks and washing hands – and it did nothing to a virus so small it makes a human hair look like a giant redwood tree.

So it was basically a cold and they all laid around in bed for a couple days. Sounds horrific! Those poor people! My goodness. I’ve only gone through this about 57 times in my life….and I managed it without creating a hysteria on Facebook and making a mountain out of a mole hill.

So ridiculous. You people need to pull your heads out of your asses and toughen up a bit. Take some NyQuil and put on Netflix for two days. Boo hoo.

Somebody Send This To “Doctor” Chane Rascoe At LISD:

The people running Lampasas Schools are paid very well. “Doctor” Chane Rascoe costs the taxpayers close to $200,000 per year. For that kind of money, I think we should expect some brains as well as some authority to act independently of state and federal morons.

Unfortunately, closing down the high school is a fairly brainless act. So is making kids wear a mask and live in a Plexiglas bubble. Here’s why:

Everybody’s favorite Muppet – Dr. Fauci – is finally admitting that children do not get terribly ill from or transmit COVID-19 in any significant way. 

Weird, since Switzerland figured this out in April. Detailed genetic studies in Iceland showed that children were not passing the virus to adults in any significant numbers in June. And German researchers asserted that children could actually act as a brake on transmission within the community.

But good old “follow the science” Fauci was wringing his hands and hedging his bets in the media and during congressional testimony. Most notably, he got into a heated exchange with Senator Rand Paul, who is also a doctor.

“Kids spreading Covid was a lie THIS big”

Senator Paul correctly noted Sweden’s experience, which never closed their primary schools and did not see a spike in childhood illness. Germany also reopened schools in July with no significant issues. 

Since the summer, most industrialized countries have reopened schools, and many do not enforce distancing or mask-wearing. But this did not impress Dr. Fauci.

Paul noted the devastating effects of school closures, especially on disadvantaged children. It is only in the next decade that we will understand the impact of all the missed support services on these children. However, we do know many are not logging in for digital learning. Failure rates have also gone up where children only engage in distance learning.

Doctors and other agencies note increases in child abuse, depression, and other mental health issues in children. There has also been an uptick in self-harm and suicidal ideation. This, over a respiratory virus with an infection fatality rate (IFR) of 0.13%, according to the WHO, which is very stratified by age and tends to affect the very elderly.

This debate raged on through the summer, when President Trump said reopening schools was a priority. It became gobsmackingly stupid when mayors and governors began to convert public space to daycare centers where children could engage in distance learning. Yet, they would not reopen schools. State leaders who chose to, such as Georgia Governor Brian Kemp and Ron DeSantis in Florida, were widely criticized.

I expect morons and cart-donkeys like Bruce Haywood to not understand this. But the VERY well-paid people who run our schools should damn well be able to look at facts and accept them.

Get rid of the masks. Let the kids be kids and put an end to this ridiculous charade. THAT’S what a real leader does.

Covid PCR Test Ruled Completely Unreliable

Yes, that would be the same PCR test that we use here in Texas and AMPLIFY FORTY-TWO TIMES!

Portuguese court rules that a PCR test is not a reliable basis for “proving” a covid infection and cannot be the lawful basis for forced quarantine.

They cite (gasp) actual science.

The media reaction to this case has been entirely predictable – they have not mentioned it. At all. Anywhere. Ever.

Most importantly, the judges ruled that a single positive PCR test cannot be used as an effective diagnosis of infection.

In their ruling, judges Margarida Ramos de Almeida and Ana Paramés referred to several scientific studies.

Most notably this study by Jaafar et al., which found that – when running PCR tests with 35 cycles or more – the accuracy dropped to 3%, meaning up to 97% of positive results could be false positives.

The ruling goes on to conclude that, based on the science they read, any PCR test using over 25 cycles is totally unreliable.

AGAIN – here in Texas, they use FORTY-TWO CYCLES. I got that STRAIGHT from the Texas DSHS when I emailed them back in September!

Governments and private labs have been very tight-lipped about the exact number of cycles they run when PCR testing, but it is known to sometimes be as high as 45.

Even fearmonger-in-chief Anthony Fauci has publicly stated anything over 35 is totally unusable.

Yet here in Lampasas County – and all over Texas – we are using FORTY-TWO amplifications. Most of the scary “75 active cases” bullshit you hear is just that: total bullshit. Most of those people have zero symptoms because the amount of virus in their blood is so minuscule as to be meaningless. These people are not “sick” in the true sense of the word…and they sure as hell aren’t infectious.

Of course, science never got in the way of Chicken Littles like Jennifer Moreno and Melissa Johnson from freaking out and demanding we follow their ridiculous orders.

High School Kids Die Tragically

No…not of Covid. The odds of that are astronomical. They died in a house fire.

Yeah, we still have those. We also still have car accidents, lethal falls and drowning. Makes me sad that these parents were probably unnecessarily scared shitless for the last 8 months (thanks to incessant fear mongering by morons) about their kids dying of a virus when a bunch of other things were far more likely to kill them – like maybe somebody leaving a candle burning or something.

I’m willing to bet that ZERO Frederickburg High School kids have died of Covid this year.

Mayor “Transparency” Talbert Is a Bald-Faced Liar. City REFUSES Transparency on LEDC Economic Impact Study Paid For With City Funds

Remember when Misti sat there in a council meeting and blathered about how the City should be ALL about transparency for the citizens and taxpayers? HERE IS THE LINK and below is the quote:

Well, Misti Talbert is a bald-faced liar. This is the SECOND time this year the City has refused me transparency on expenditure of City funds and instead hidden behind their overpriced lawyer, Jo-Christy Brown. [The first one is LINKED HERE].

So what is it this time? Why is the City AGAIN paying Jo-Christy Brown gobs of tax dollars to tell me to pound sand?

Well, it has to do with the ill-fated ‘business park’ and their attempts to get someone – anyone! – into that ‘park’ to show it isn’t a complete disaster and financial train wreck.

Somebody Has Some ‘Splaining To Do Regarding Eco-Strong, Mike Cour and the ‘Business’ Park Money Pit

So….Mandy Walsh and the LEDC are pinning their hopes on this Mike Cour idiot, but they need to somehow prove he’s the real deal – and they need to do this fast because they have the Langford Community Management Services people waiting on that information so they can file their grant application. The same application where Mandy and the LEDC tell a whopper of a lie that the City was “economically injured”, nay, devastated by the Wuhan Flu and deserve this million bucks from Uncle Sugar to paper over 15 years of fiscal mismanagement.

How to do this? How to prove that Eco-Strong is ‘legit’? Especially in light of my damning, deep-dive expose on Mike Cour and Eco-Strong?

Why, you pay up AGAIN and hire a supposedly independent “third party” to “analyze” Mike Cour and his pile of feces to see if you can polish it up. This third party is Impact DataSource…and their main business seems to be (in my opinion!) taking big checks from government to give an official-sounding ‘seal of approval’ to garbage businesses like Mike Cour and Eco-Strong. To polish the Eco-Turd, as it were.

Impact DataSource charged the City a $950 fee to “analyze” Eco-Turd and thus expunge its stench – giving it a false patina of reputability, in my opinion. Impact DataSource is supposed to polish Eco-Turd up nice and clean so it can be inserted into Langford Community Management Services CARES ACT grant – for which they are charging the City $7,500 and which was SUPPOSED to be submitted back on July 31st!!!

I have been requesting this impact report every single week for the last 3.5 months, hoping to catch it as soon as it was finished. Every single week, they tell me “there are no responsive documents to your request”. In other words, the study STILL wasn’t completed.

That all changed this week. Instead of telling me “no responsive documents”, they made me wait a full week and then have JC Brown send me this utter tripe about “proprietary information” as she kicked it up to the Texas State Attorney General to see if he agrees. This will take 30 days, of course.

Seems to me that if the City was as transparent as Misti pretends it to be, a simple photocopy of the “impact study” could be produced in a about 5 minutes and handed to me for the usual 10 cents a page.

But no. The City is ONCE AGAIN spending piles of money and refusing to disclose details. Luckily, one of the larger idiots on City council is now gone (Chuck Williamson) and another new member – Bob Goodart – has already made it very clear to me he thinks the ‘business’ park is a colossal waste of money.

Guess it’s time to call my lawyers AND Mr Goodart to get some answers from a very unwilling LEDC.
