Hey Mike. Remember seven months ago when I said I’d do everything in my power to expose Eco-Strong and the LEDC partnership as a scam? Remember how you were haughty and refused to hand over any materials you used in your secretive presentation to the LEDC?
Remember when you didn’t bother to respond to me or to the editors at British Tyre and Rubber when we had some questions? Remember when you said you had nothing more to say to me because I was asking too many uncomfortable questions? You probably figured you’d just ignore me and sail through the LEDC application process and nobody would be the wiser, right?
Remember when you lied and said Eco-Strong was “intended to be a private effort” and you weren’t looking for tax dollars?
Months and months ago, I requested documents related to the “economic impact” report for the LEDC ‘business’ park prospect Eco-Strong.
The City did everything in their power to obstruct me. I got my lawyer involved (yet again) and tried several different tactics to make those documents public.
One of my tactics (which worked previously in the Azbell A/V scam) was to request CITY EMAILS that contained keywords like “Eco-Strong”, “business park”, “Mike Cour”, etc. Those emails are most DEFINITELY public docs and they will be required to produce them.
Overpriced City lapdog lawyer JC Brown made sure to produce reams and reams of bullshit (and billable hours to the taxpayer) to try and stop this. She (once again) requested the Texas Attorney General side with her and protect all these emails as containing “sensitive” and “proprietary” information which would harm negotiations with Eco-Strong.
That is total bullshit, of course. The AG agreed and ordered these buffoons to hand over the docs. They ARE allowed to redact certain “sensitive info”, but they MUST turn these docs over.
That was over a month ago. Odd, because our mayor has sworn up and down she is all about the “transparency” in City government. Remember this quote from a City council meeting?
Her exact words: “I feel like (City) staff and Council oughta be tasked with being accountable to answer on the spot…and..uh…I would be comfortable doing that….that’s transparency at its finest…is…you know…we don’t put off a question, we answer it on the spot”
I’ll tell you this, JC and Misti and Finley: when I finally DO get my hands on these documents, I will go over ALL 800 pages with a microscope. I will not miss ANYTHING. And since you have dragged your feet and farted around for so long on this, I promise you I am going to embarrass the shit out of every single City Nerf job worker and/or council member who appears in them and deserves it.
Never EVER forget: Clayton Tucker is a socialist. He works for a Bernie Sanders splinter organization called “Our Revolution” as a “political organizer” and he thinks Robert Francis O’Rourke is a FANTASTIC guy who should be governor of Texas.
He LOVES open borders and thinks useless college degrees should be FREE to everyone. He also demands the complete takeover of the healthcare system by Big Government. Government which is comprised of know-nothing bums like Bernie Sanders and Clayton Tucker.

According to the LEDC minutes from Feb 24th:
“Mandy Walsh (Economic Development ‘Director’) discussed with the board the options of the Business Park. One being the possibility of applying for the standard EDA grant contingent on a business prospect. Second option is to request an updated loan proposal from Bancorp South to fund development of Phase I”
Looks to me like they no longer have any “business prospects” for their goat pasture ‘business’ park. Which means Eco-Turd must have been flushed down the toilet. Finally.
[That would be the “standard EDA grant” that Langford was supposed to have done WAY BACK on July 31, 2020. I’m guessing that in order to complete the grant, they needed to show they had a viable business prospect. Despite SIX YEARS of trying, they STILL don’t have one]

Also, it is NOT “Phase I” as they continually lie about in public. Phase I was actually back in 2015 when they pissed away over a million bucks to make the ‘business’ park ‘shovel ready’. That was a lie then and it still is today:

So – now they are mulling the options between finding another “business prospect” to hand a bunch of free shit to in exchange for dubious promises of growth. OR they go back to the bank and try to borrow the money to put themselves even deeper in the hole in this idiotic project.
I suggest a third option, which I have suggested for about 8 years now: sell the piece of shit and get out of the entire thing. It is and was a doomed project. Putting the likes of TJ Monroe and Cathy Kuehne in charge of millions of tax dollars for “economic development” is a recipe for disaster.
Just remember TJ Monroe’s colossally terrible prediction about the weed patch ‘business’ park almost SIX YEARS AGO to the day:

Going through all of Clayton Tucker’s social media blather, it becomes disgustingly obvious that this moron thinks he is in the same league as the brilliant Dawn Buckingham (whom he ran against for Senate TX-24).
Dawn actually did something with her life. She spent DECADES educating herself while she learned and perfected skills that few are capable of: that of a successful surgeon.
Clayton Tucker, on the other hand, pretends to be a rancher on land he doesn’t even own and can’t even hold down a job. Oh, and he worked for a few months on the political campaigns of some other losers.

There was a saying in Chicago when people talked about how corrupt and incompetent Mayor Daley was: “At least the trains run on time”. And it’s true. If you get a few things right – like the trains running on time and the garbage being picked up – dummy voters will overlook ALL the other corruption and stupidity and incompetence. But the minute you inconvenience the voter a little bit, they will come after you for ALL of it.
It’s a lesson that City Manager Finley deGraffenreid (who is paid $140,000 per year PLUS big benefits) has not bothered to learn, apparently. I guess Finley is too busy drawing up plans to waste the NEXT $300,000 (Hostess House remodel) to bother taking care of the toys he already has.
Luckily, these $170,000 bathrooms (worth more than most of the houses on the same block) are rarely used – which is why I was so opposed to them in the first place.
NOW, he lets them sit there broken for a MONTH! What a joke.
Luckily we have a chance very soon to clean house on City council. Two council members are retiring and one looooong time substandard member (TJ Monroe) is up for re-election. Let’s be sure to give her the boot and get some new blood in there.
So – who was providing Clayton tucker’s health insurance in 2019 before he so magnanimously decided to run for office?
He ended his huge 9-month stint as a kindergarten teacher in China in 2015. Then, apparently, for the entirety of 2016, he did nothing.
(Actually, he travelled around Asia on someone else’s dime, but that certainly ain’t a ‘job’. I’d wager that mom and dad paid for that year off).
In 2017 he put in a grueling 6 months as “editor in chief” of “Organic Helicopter”…which looks like a failed blog or website or something. I’m guessing Tucker started it himself and it went nowhere. There is no record of it on the Internet at all. So he CERTAINLY wasn’t getting health care through THAT ‘job’.
He then took ANOTHER year off before he bummed around on two campaigns between June 2018 and September 2018. Four whole months! THOSE types of “hand out leaflets for a candidate” ‘jobs’ don’t pay very well, and they SURE as SHIT don’t offer health insurance either. So we can eliminate that too.
He then took ANOTHER year off (do you see a pattern here?) before deciding to become a candidate himself in October 2019….and he then posted about his candidacy (and whined about losing his health insurance) on November 30, 2019.
So Clayton, the BIG QUESTION is this: if you “recently lost” your health insurance in November of 2019, who was providing your health insurance up to that point??
I’m a gambling man. I’m willing to publicly wager Clayton Tucker that it was good old Mom and Dad paying for this bum at the age of 28. After all, he DOES still live in Mom and Dad’s house now at age 31!
MOST people go out and get a job when they graduate with an $80,000 college degree (which mom and dad ALSO paid for). By the time they are 28, they actually have a REAL job that provides them health insurance.
OR, they can go out and buy their own in the free market. It would probably cost Clayton about $400 a month.
But no. Clayton Tucker (like many socialist weasels in this day and age) chose to be a bum between the ages of 22 and 28 (and up to the present day, too). He never bothered to get a real job or develop any real skills. So now he cries that he and his ilk deserve some free stuff – like health care AND $15/hr wages just to show up on the first day of work with zero skills.
Bums like Clayton Tucker make me sick. So how about it, Clayton?? You willing to publicly answer this question? Tell us all who was providing that health care you supposedly “lost” in 2019!
ANOTHER MYSTERY – Your resume ALSO shows you started working for the socialist organization Our Revolution as an “organizer” from September 2018 to present….which is the exact same time you posted that you “lost your health insurance recently“. Are you telling us that Our Revolution DOESN’T provide you with health care???? The very organization that is demanding ‘free’ health care from OTHER organizations doesn’t provide it to their own workers??
