The Fupa, Terrific Happy Hour!

The Democrats socialist scumbags had their little party last week. Every freeloader, grifter, goldbricker, layabout, deadbeat worm and commie scumbag in the great state of Texas was there to take pictures with each other…

You wonder why there is nobody to fix your plumbing or AC? This generation is a bunch of lazy grifters, that’s why.

Greg Casar and Comrade Clayton have one thing in common – a complete lack of any real jobs on their resume. Greg Casar has LITERALLY never worked a day in his life. At age 33, he will be heading to U.S. Congress to join other deadbeat morons like Sandy Cortez and Ilhan Omar as they glom together to try and form a commie critical mass to destroy this country for good.

I already knew Casar was a grifter, scumbag and all-around lazy asshole. What I didn’t know is that he was an honest-to-goodness midget as well. He makes the 5’5 Clayton look like Abe Lincoln in this picture. That is, if Abe Lincoln had a giant fupa and pubic hair on his chin.

The similarities end there, however. Casar has somehow weaseled his way into a paying position suckling at the taxpayer teat by winning two elections.

Comrade Clayton, on the other hand, is 0-5 in elections and appointments and still suckles at his mother’s titty in the upstairs bedroom in his parent’s house here in town – where he lives as an able-bodied 31-year-old with no real job.

We know he has no real job because (a) he has admitted to being a ‘virtual’ rancher already and (b) if he was a REAL rancher, he’s be losing his shit right about now with the drought, feed and diesel cost issues. Instead he is trying to rub elbows with successful grifters at a commie convention.

Oh wait, he DID win two “elections” – he ran unopposed for Chairman of the Lampasas Democrats and he also ran unopposed for SDEC-24 recently. Both of those positions actually COST him money to hold! Truly, a socialist in every possible way – he can’t even figure out how to GRIFT properly! Some people just suck at everything.

Luckily, he can live for free in mom’s upstairs bedroom while he cries about how expensive rent is:

Then I worked three jobs so I could save enough money to get away from those fucking slobs who never washed a dish or took out the trash. But in the year 2022, spoiled millennial socialist scumbags think they are entitled to a big apartment all to themselves. Plus high-speed internet that never goes down. Plus ‘free’ college as long as they live. Plus ‘free’ medical care. Instead of getting to work to EARN these things, they sit on Twitter and demand them.

Clayton and his generation are truly spoiled, helpless babies in every sense of the word. Clayton’s parents failed him very badly. They should be ashamed for creating such a worthless loser and foisting him upon the rest of us.

My goodness…how can someone be talking about using the “Industrial Park” for food trucks if Martin Rod & Custom is going to use it for barber shops and breweries??

I’m sure the LEDC would never hide information from the public or refuse to admit failure. Martin will probably move in there any day now and this is all a big misunderstanding.

School Districts Losing Teachers Due To Costly Infestation of Overpaid Parasites

I happened across this today – which I guess is supposed to make me more welcome to getting taxed even harder soon “for the children” since I keep seeing it over and over (Killeen, for example). It is also trying to soften us up for the “inevitable” four-day school week:

Now, as a reminder, the BASE PAY for Mineral Wells ISD is $45,000. That is for a nine month work “year” and doesn’t count benefits yet.

But the real problem is the MANY overpaid parasites in that school district.

Here are some facts:

The LIBRARIAN (Cara Shoemaker) makes $110,000 per year! That is a joke. Slash it by 30%. Or get rid of her altogether. I think each teacher can manage to find their own books in the library – especially today with computers and other search help.

The Superintendent John Kuhn makes $165,000 per year and educates nobody (much like our own Chane Rascoe at $170k per year). Three years ago, this same clown made $137,000. So he saw a 20% increase in 3 years. That was BEFORE inflation went crazy!

Mineral Wells ISD is about the same size as ours is – roughly 3,000 students. They employ 500 staff members – of which 230 are teachers.

Read that again – well over HALF of the “staff” are NOT teachers. There is your problem right there.

Here are some more parasites in the Mineral Wells School District who are NOT teachers but are paid outrageously:

Neil Mesler who is “Oth Camp Exempt Professnal Aux”, (whatever the hell that is) makes: $126,000

Rhonda Mack the ASSISTANT principal! Makes $125,000 per year. Sorry, you’re eliminated. The principal can do your work and we’ll give her an extra $10k a year.

Let me take a moment to inform you here that the median income in Mineral Wells is about $33,000 per year. ALL of these fuckers are doing plenty well. That includes the base-paid teachers at $45,000 per year PLUS bennies for a 9-month work year (which includes Christmas break, spring break, Thanksgiving break, etc).

David Tarver – ASSISTANT Superintendent makes $125,000 per year. Say goodbye to him too. The wildly overpaid superintendent can handle it all himself. After all, he teaches nobody all day long….he’s got the time.

Hope Mesler (a school counselor) makes a ridiculous $87,000 per year! Hey wait a minute…Mesler? Wanna bet she’s married to Neil Mesler listed above who makes $126,000 per year? We have a double dipper already! Anyways, fuck her too – she’s fired unless she takes a 50% pay cut.

Carey Carter who is “Dist Instr Pgm Dir Or Exc Dir” makes $99,000 per year. There are THREE of these “Dist Instr Pgm Dir Or Exc Dir” bullshit titles listed and they all make close to $100k. They are now fired. Sorry. Resources are limited and TEACHING KIDS is the #1 priority of the schools. Nothing else.

In all, there are SEVEN assistant principals listed on the first page of their school staff salary listings. Fire them all or offer them jobs teaching kids coupled with a pay cut. Inform them they will now be required to work for their salary. If they leave, fine. No big loss.

In the old days, the schools grabbed more and more and more money with their successful “it’s for the kids” chanting. That gum has lost its flavor. Those of us out here paying for all this are at the end of our ropes and it’s time to put these parasites on the chopping block so that TEACHERS remain there to TEACH the kids – the primary purpose of the school.

If that means we have to get rid of Mineral Wells’ $103,000 Athletic Director, then so be it. Athletics are secondary to education.

Enough is enough. Clean out the parasites and get back to basics.

Industrial Park “Agreement” Still Nowhere To Be Seen

Well, after nearly NINE MONTHS of dithering, I have to assume that Martin Rod & Custom will NOT be entering into any agreements with the City for their “Industrial Park”. I ask the City every month for a copy of the “agreement”. Every month they tell me that Martin Custom’s lawyers are still looking over the agreement.

It doesn’t take nine months for something like this. I think we can assume this “deal” is dead. Just as I suggested six months ago:

This also begs the question: if the City can’t get anyone to become a tenant in their 5.6 acre “industrial park”, then what makes them think they can fill their ridiculous 151-acre “Business Pork” into which they have poured over SEVEN MILLION DOLLARS over the last 18 years?

Eliminate Wind and Solar Subsidies Now – Before We Become Like Europe.

Since the push for renewables in Texas began in 1999, electric generators have spent about $66 billion building wind and solar farms that have a generation capacity today of 46,949 megawatts, with wind accounting for 35,162 of those megawatts.

Yet as temperatures and Texans’ need for electricity were soaring, wind turbines across the state were still; and last Monday, they were producing about only 8% of their installed capacity. Operating reserves—the backup generation needed to keep air conditioners blowing and factories working—were shrinking.

Something very similar happened last year during the unprecedented 2021 blackouts when 10 million Texans went without power and 12 million without water, many for several days, during freezing temperatures. Energy analyst Robert Bryce noted at the time, “Roughly 17% of [wind’s installed] capacity was available when the grid operator was shedding load to prevent the state’s grid from going dark.”

It should also be pointed out that solar’s contribution to the grid during those pre-dawn hours was zero.

Thankfully, last Monday and Wednesday, the Texas grid did not fail. The wind began to pick up in the afternoons, allowing the state to avoid any blackouts. Yet the lesson learned is clear: During periods of extreme cold and heat, Texans have become deeply dependent on the wind and the sun to keep the lights on.

Why did energy-savvy Texas build an electric grid dependent on such unreliable energy sources? The answer is simple: Since 2005, renewable energy subsidies and benefits from federal, state, and local governments have totaled about $23 billion in Texas. As a result, investors have thrown $66 billion at renewables, chasing $1 of guaranteed return for every $3 invested, regardless of the price they get for their electricity.

Additionally, the Biden administration is doing everything it can to make investments in fossil fuels unprofitable. From bans on pipelines and drilling to the Securities and Exchange Commission’s proposed rule on environmental, social, and governance investing that would force businesses to disclose uncertain risks due to climate change, it is becoming more difficult and expensive to run afoul of the green agenda.

Despite these costs, renewables are still far more expensive and less efficient in practice than fossil fuels and nuclear energy. For instance, with wind operating at only 8% of installed capacity last Monday, about $51 billion of the $56 billion invested in Texas wind turbines produced nothing just when Texans needed power most. While investors profited, Texas consumers and taxpayers were paying billions for a grid on the verge of blackouts.

On the other hand, imagine if the $56 billion spent on wind had been invested in reliable generation from coal, natural gas, or nuclear fuel. With those sources operating at 90% or more of capacity, no calls for conservation would have been issued last week, electricity prices would be lower in general, and Texans would be working and resting comfortably without a regular fear of grid failure.

Of course, Texans are not the only people experiencing these problems. The reliability of the entire U.S. electric grid is under pressure as it is being forced by irresponsible politicians and bureaucrats to shift away from fossil fuels to renewables. Energy trader Brynne Kelly recently said, “Problems with power grids across the U.S. and other countries are a potential catalyst for chaos in energy markets that are underappreciated.”

Bryce explains that the push for renewables is doomed to failure for the simple reason that they are ancient technologies that have long been eclipsed by more reliable alternatives:

By using hydrocarbons (at first coal, then later oil and natural gas) humans were able to harness ever increasing quantities of power and do so in ever-denser packages. In place of animal power, sun power, and wind power, factories began using advanced waterwheels and coal-fired steam engines.

The only reason wind and solar have made a comeback in the United States is because of government mandates and the more than $140 billion in government subsidies renewables have received in recent years.

Local dunces like Clayton Tucker and Bruce Haywood (as well as federal-level dunces like AOC and Ed Markey) like to blather about “oil subsidies” (there are none) but completely ignore this massive pile of subsidies to wind and solar that is killing our grid.

There is still hope, however, that Americans won’t have to experience the energy poverty and forced lifestyle changes of our German and French friends.

The solution for avoiding this is straightforward: End the subsidies and mandates, and renewables will go the way of the horse and buggy.

Greentarded Pinwheels Sitting Idle May Cause Rolling Blackouts Today

Thanks to idiotic “green new deal” policies like building giant pinwheels instead of reliable nuclear or gas-fired power plants, Texas may see rolling blackouts today between the hours of noon and 7pm.

Wind, which is touted as “free and reliable” by morons like Clayton Tucker (it is neither), will only produce about 8% of its total capacity today thanks to there being no wind to turn the blades.

Also don’t forget, the hotter it is, the LESS EFFICIENT solar panels are too – as much as 15-20% of solar panel capacity can be lost when the temps are this high.

Oh, but “the wind always blows”, I thought!

Add in the fact that tens of thousands of libtard locusts move to Texas every month from failed liberal shit holes like New York, California, Oregon and Ohio and that we haven’t bothered to build any new RELIABLE gas and nuclear plants, and you are left to wonder just where the fuck these idiots think all this power is going to come from. Luckily, I have 22 kilowatts of solar installed on my property (at my OWN EXPENSE) – so I will be sending an extra 7,000 to 9,000 watts BACK onto the grid every hour this afternoon to help out hypocritical shit birds like Clayton Tucker and Bruce Haywood who have ZERO solar panels on their own houses, despite demanding everyone else have them to “save the planet”.

I installed all this solar 10 years ago not because it made economic sense (the payback period is roughly 12 years – and that’s not including all the snags and costly repairs and headaches along the way) but because I just KNEW that this country was going to turn into a socialist shit hole ruined by “green policies” in the coming years. I valued it because it made me independent of morons like Clayton Tucker and AOC.

Come to think of it, maybe I will just flip a breaker and disconnect from the grid this afternoon so parasites like Clayton and Bruce don’t get any benefits from my foresight. Fuck them.

If they are going to “roll” blackouts, I think the entire city of Austin should just be turned off until tomorrow – since it is filled with lefty, green-new-deal idiots who asked for all this. They should get it good and hard.

Did the City and the LEDC Just Top-Tick Sales Tax Receipts?

Well, it finally happened…

Sales tax receipts DECREASED for the first time in 3 years.

Maybe trees DON’T grow to the sky. Maybe we are finally going to see that much-needed recession to clear out the dead wood and garbage (* cough ** Carvana * cough **), maybe sales tax receipts start falling and the City’s money tree starts losing a lot of leaves.

Amazingly, the LEDC AND the City may have almost perfectly nailed the top in sales tax receipt by borrowing heavily against that “sure thing” money they assumed would grow forever.

You’ll recall, the LEDC borrowed $1.5 million for its ill-fated Business Pork project AND they begged for and received another $971,000 from the City coffers – both very recently.

The City also borrowed $6.5 million at 3.26% for some very dubious projects only two months ago.

As I wrote two months ago:

Don’t worry though, according to TJ Monroe, “typically, we are able to pay those down within the nine years and have saved a substantial amount of money”.

Hm. Perhaps.

Or perhaps with the Fed finally raising rates back to normal, thus cratering the stock market and the housing market and causing a deep (and much-needed) recession, the City won’t have the ridiculous always-increasing sales tax and other tax revenue to rely on and find themselves screwed by the debt burden.

All those stimmy checks and fraudulently obtained PPP loans are long gone and now the addict is being weaned off the monetary heroin. It won’t be pretty. The market is already down 20%, shit coins are being revealed for the Ponzi scheme they are, and businesses are starting to see slowdowns.

A recession probably isn’t the best time for new businesses to start or old businesses to expand into the new ‘Business Pork’ either. The LEDC may very well see a double whammy of declining revenue and zero businesses having any interest in the Business Pork.

Ouch.

Will S2M2 (Brodie Estates) Have To Return the $185,000 They Scammed From Taxpayers?

Several years ago, former Lampasas City council member “Greasy” Chris Harrison went to his former chums on City council to beg for $185,000 for his new employer (S2M2) and their Brodie Estates development.

I have covered this extensively HERE and HERE.

Council initially turned down S2M2, but then S2M2 made the wise move to hire former City council member “Greasy” Chris Harrison to go and do the begging instead. After Harrison was hired and went begging for a second time, former mayor Misti Talbert changed her tune quickly and handed over $185,000 to her former City council chum.

That was about 2.5 years ago.

In today’s Dispatch, we learned that Brodie Estates has only built 3 of the promised 22 homes and has had 6 permits issued.

So S2M2 has another 19 houses to complete in the next 18 months or so, or they are in violation of their agreement, from what I can see:

The city’s economic incentive package for this development requires S2M2 to complete the Brodie Estates subdivision within four years.

Considering the housing market is taking a giant shit right now and the Fed seems determined (correctly) to push the price of money (interest rates) back up to a more ‘normal’ level, it would seem that S2M2 might get caught with their dicks in a sling. Believe me, I would love nothing more than to see a scumbag developer go bankrupt. Especially one who scammed the taxpayers out of $185,000.

I guess the question is this: if we get to December 2023 and those houses are not complete (which I give an 80% chance of happening), does S2M2 give that $185,000 BACK to the taxpayer? And if not, what was the point of the agreement in the first place?

Also, according to the article, Northington Acres may include up to 177 home sites. Since TJ Moroe, Chuck Williamson and Misti Talbert handed Deorald Finney $72,000 in ‘free’ electrical hookups for HIS development (Stone Valley – 67 houses), then they must be ready to hand the Northington Acres guys $190,000 in ‘free’ hookups for THEIR development too, right?

I mean, according to Talbert Logic, “they will all buy electricity from us” after the hookup. Truly, hers is an amazing intellect.

Misti “The Great Negotiator” Talbert sure made a fantastic deal there! Maybe she can pay the money back to the taxpayers herself! After all, she is ALSO very skilled at begging for tax dollars.
