Local Socialist Cockroach Who Has Never Had a Job or Run Any Business is Now an Expert On Wages

Clayton Tucker of Lampasas was sent to college (paid for by his parents) for the princely sum of around $80,000 for a worthless degree in “International Relations”. He has done absolutely nothing with his life in the TEN YEARS since then except ‘work’ at lame political groups like “Ground Game Texas” and hand out campaign literature for OTHER socialist cockroach losers like Beto O’Rourke, Greg Casar and Julie Oliver.

He will be 32 years old next month and still lives with his parents without a real job. He pretends to be a rancher, a farmer and a cowboy. He is actually none of these things.

He is a bum.

Like all socialist bums, he has no clue how anything works but thinks he is an expert. He reposts complete rubbish on social media all day long – usually during working hours, like he did today around noon….

Clayton Tucker has never worked in a McDonald’s. I doubt he would qualify. The manager would look at the giant blank sheet of paper he calls a resume and laugh at him.

Clayton Tucker has never owned a McDonald’s restaurant or employed a single person in his life in ANY capacity. He has created ZERO jobs in his entire shitty life at ANY wage, let alone a “livable” one.

Clayton Tucker does not own any stock in McDonald’s, I would be willing to wager.

So the first question is: why the FUCK do you care what a company pays any of its workers? It is none of your business. If you don’t like the wages they (supposedly) pay, then don’t work there, don’t eat there, and don’t own stock in the company. End of story.

Short of that? Shut the fuck up about it. It doesn’t affect you in the least. You literally cannot even take care of yourself, so stop worrying about people who choose to work at McDonald’s for the prevailing wage. That pimply teen handing out Big Macs is ten times the man you will ever be. Don’t question his choices. A bum and a loser like yourself is not allowed to question the work choices of anybody else.

The second point is this: there are TONS of entry-level jobs around for more than $9 an hour RIGHT NOW. Clayton Tucker wouldn’t know this because he has never actually looked for gainful employment. Instead, he likely waits for mom to throw him some gas money if he goes and mows the lawn at grandpa’s property, which Clayton calls “being a rancher”.

Highly motivated? You can count Clayton Tucker out of that one! He is not a morning person, by his own admission. He’d rather sit at mom’s house and bitch online all day about how unfair wages are in the United States compared to his Nordic utopias. So, literally about two miles from Clayton’s parent’s house is a job available for 55% higher than the $9 he is whining about.

Last year, our very own LEDC told us there were piles of jobs out there paying $20 and $30 an hour! How many did you apply for, Clayton? Oh that’s right. None of them. You twat.

Thirdly: if Denmark is so fucking awesome, why don’t you move there? Oh that’s right: their immigration policies are highly restrictive. You couldn’t go live there even if you wanted to. They are also 96% white and don’t have millions of illiterate Honduran and Haitian riff-raff illegally entering their country every year sucking them dry and driving crime through the roof. Denmark is about 85% smaller than just the state of Texas. They are very small, homogenous, and don’t really allow anyone else to crash the border and ruin their country. So there is that. Not even CLOSE to the situation here in the U.S.

Fourth: Taxes in Denmark are outrageous. That $22 you think you are making will be whittled down considerably by the time you pay for all that welfare. Turns out it will be more like $10, after taxes. There is no such thing as a free lunch – even in your beloved Denmark.

While handing over 55% of what you earn so a bunch of government retards can take care of you from cradle to grave might sound awesome to a frightened, lazy pussy like Clayton Tucker, it sounds like a ripoff to me. No thanks. I want to make my own way in the world. Go fuck yourself.

Fifth: Those same massive taxes stifle innovation, creativity and business creation. Even wonder why every awesome thing on the planet is invented in the United States? The Internet, Apple, Google, Facebook, Netflix, Microsoft, YouTube, cell phones and every other kick ass invention on the planet comes from us…not Denmark. Danes are too busy sitting around smoking cigs, drinking coffee and shitting on capitalism to actually create anything worth a damn.

Sixth: Not every McDonald’s employee makes $9. I’m sure there are plenty who make triple that as managers. It’s called “working your way up” and it is a foreign concept to lazy socialist twats like Clayton Tucker who think they should be paid $100,000 on their first day of work, despite having zero skills or brains.

No matter what the job is or where in the world it is, when you first start out you are low man on the totem pole. You eat some shit, prove yourself and work your way up. THAT is how you get ahead in life. People who think they are above all that are the ones who are the losers in life and end up living in mom’s upstairs bedroom….like Clayton Tucker.

Sales Tax Receipts For December: Lampasas Trails State of Texas Again.

Texas Comptroller Glenn Hegar today said state sales tax revenue totaled $3.93 billion in December, 10.5% more than in December 2021.

Lampasas rebate was +6.6% over last year [see row 585]

With housing crashing and rates staying high, expect sales tax receipts to slow even further this year. Last January, we saw a 17% increase YOY. I would be very surprised if we saw an increase like that again this year. I would expect single-digit increases and some surprise decreases in 2023.

Then again, we have a new Director to direct our economic development, so I guess we’ll see sales tax receipts go through the roof now!

Can S2M2 Build 16 Houses in 348 Days?

That’s almost one house every 3 weeks.

You’ll recall S2M2: they got a massive chunk of money because Chris Harrison works for S2M2 and ~~used to sit on City council and Talbert figured, what the hell it’s not my money~~ and went begging to his former City council chums.

Council initially turned down S2M2, but then S2M2 made the wise move to hire former City council member “Greasy” Chris Harrison to go and do the begging instead. After Harrison was hired and went begging for a second time, former mayor Misti Talbert changed her tune quickly and handed over $185,000 to her former City council chum.

A Dispatch article from December of 2019 told us that S2M2 had 4 years to complete the subdivision…or else.

Or else what? They write a sternly-worded letter expressing their disappointment? They won’t give them ANOTHER $185,000 any time soon?

My guess is that we’ll find out “or else what” by the end of this year. I drove around Brodie Estates today and still counted only 6 houses of the promised 22.

Quick math tells me they need to build more than one house a month to get it done.

Mike Hardin and His Train Depot Back In the News…Many Facts Were Not Mentioned In Latest Puff Piece.

I wondered when the Dispatch would get around to this story. There has been work going on at the Santa Fe Depot for a while now.

I took an interest in this years ago when Mike Hardin tried to scam the City out of a big chunk of money to make them “possible partners” for the bargain price of “between $80,000 and $100,000”. Here is a link to THAT blog piece I did over three years ago:

But now, he is rewriting history again with this latest Dispatch puff piece. The latest article makes ZERO mention of the hare-brained windmill scheme in 2009. It makes ZERO mention of how Hardin tried to grab about $100,000 from the City in 2019 with wild tales of “unidentified tenants”.

From today’s article:

“Right after I got possession of the depot, again not seeking that, I renovated it,” Hardin said. “I hired a family member that does high-end housing. We renovated it with no budget. I said let’s do it right, so it is a nice piece of property.”

Hold up, Mike! You are forgetting the part where you tried some crazy wind turbine scam in 2009 and then tried to grab $80,000 to $100,000 from the City in 2019. Why did you leave that part out??

Back in 2019, he said the following [page 5]:

“Several meetings ago, Council was briefed regarding the redevelopment of the Santa Fe Depot to a restaurant and possible brewery. Although the tenants have not been identified by the developer, he has proceeded with construction plans, specification and bidding. Mister Hardin has also discussed the possible partnership with the City to fund a portion of the right-of-way improvements including sidewalks and flatwork – which may be between $80,000 and $100,000.

Possible brewery?!? Watch out, buddy! Martin’s Rod and Custom is going to build a brewery, too! I do believe Talbert also has pipe dreams of a brewery in her her head over there in her $7.1 million Business Pork Project and Fire Hydrant Farm! We’ll be up to our assholes in breweries!!

Hardin is no stranger to renovations of historical buildings, having completed similar projects in New Mexico and Colorado. He believes the original depot building has the potential to be used as a special event site for wedding receptions or big parties.

A special site for wedding receptions and big parties? Kind of like the Hostess House? The Hostess House upon which the City is currently wasting $1.879 million dollars to “freshen up”? I guess in addition to the 2 or 3 microbreweries the town needs, we will be getting several wedding venues. I’m sure there will be endless demand for all of this, of course!

But notice how Hardin made it sound like he had tenants three years ago? He wouldn’t identify these mystery tenants, of course. I called bullshit on that back then as well, saying “I doubt there are any”.

Hardin is singing a completely different tune now. NOW, it is a “show-me deal”. According to today’s article:

Hardin highlighted the uniqueness of the depot project compared to ongoing construction in Austin. He does not plan to show the property to potential users until it is completed.

“In Austin, when I get a property, I don’t have to fix it up for the user. The user will spend more money on the building and the rehab than I will have spent on the real estate,” Hardin said. “Here, it is a ‘show-me’ deal. I will have to have the facility done.”

Hardin is unsure what the depot property will develop into or whether it will have multiple users. However, he has high hopes for a special outdoor dining experience that currently is not offered in Lampasas.

Ah. So there are no tenants, after all! You’re going to put your own money at risk building something and then hope to fill it. That’s how it should be. I’ve got no beef with that.

My beef is with the previous two times you tried to grab tax dollars to fund your little idea.

City council take note: see what happens when you say “NO” to some fucker asking for $100,000 of City money? He went ahead and built it eventually anyways – and the City is $100,000 better off.

If you had told Deorald Finney to go fuck himself when he asked for (and then got) $72,000 in free electrical hookups for his houses, the exact same thing would have happened: he would have built them anyways.

You think Monroe, Williamson and Kuehne will learn from this? Probably not.

I ridiculed it then and after reading it today once more in hindsight, it’s even more nauseating and disgusting.

James Cain should lose his license over this. He has neither the brains nor the rudimentary biology knowledge (i.e. natural immunity) that most high schoolers had just 20 years ago. He is a disgrace to the medical profession and his urgings for anyone and everyone to get the untested “vaccine” shot no matter how young and healthy they were, was not anchored in science or even common sense.

Too bad the LEDC refuses to hold their monthly meetings “on the record” using the City’s $96,000 A/V system so that this “introduction” will be more transparent.

As you’ll recall, the Lampasas ISD had a massive amount of students out with “flu”.

Either way, she KNEW she was sick with a deadly virus.
