Another nugget popped up today – from the City Council Packet of October 8th of this year (page 60)…Azbell gets a check! Looks like they get about 50% of the contract up front. Must be nice. Can’t wait to see what this REALLY ends up costing…besides the reputations of several incompetent employees.
