This Is A Very Easy Fix.

This does not require breathless blabbering about “Big Wigs” and “Wall Street” and demands we shut everything down for a year to “study it.”

#1 – Ag Commissioner has ZERO power over data centers or water usage, so this dummy should not even be TALKING about it in the first place! Go talk about screwworms or something. Hey wait…what ever happened to all that screwworm talk? Funny. It certainly disappeared in a hurry now that the outrage du jour is flock cameras, eh? Two months ago, Comrade Clayton was sputtering about it daily. Now…nothing.

#2 – The LEGISLATURE (not Ag Commissioner) and Governor can change the law so a $500 non-compliance fine (ridiculously small) turns into a $500,000 fine. It’s all about proper incentives.

#3 – Texas reservoirs are 74.2% full right now. Six months ago, they were 73% full. Seems like we are doing just fine even with the ZILLIONS of evil data centers we ALREADY have and HAVE had for 30 years or so. Calm down.

There is the SAME amount of water today as there was ten million years ago. Data centers don’t “destroy” water and they only use 0.4% of all water in Texas. Why doesn’t Comrade Clayton whine about golf courses??? They use WAY more water than data centers.

Retard.
