In an opinion authored by Amy Coney Barrett, the Supreme Court has just ruled 6-3 that rogue district judges imposing universal nationwide injunctions “likely exceed the equitable authority that Congress has given to federal courts.”
This is a MASSIVE win for the Trump administration, the rule of law, and the will of the American voters.
