Unsurprising that the kid who lives with mom and has never run any business or employed a single person doesn’t understand the difference between “revenue” and “profit.” He’s demonstrated that many times. He does it again today…

First of all, they are most definitely NOT a monopoly. They have many competitors and have been getting their asses kicked lately:

Beef Losses Deepen as Tyson Battles Cattle Crunch
If they were a monopoly, they would never lose money and their profit margins would not be a measly 5% to 10%. Apple Computer (the mega cap company Comrade Clayton NEVER badmouths) has margins of 47% – nearly TEN TIMES HIGHER!

Secondly, revenue numbers are meaningless. A company can have $50 billion in revenues but also have $55 billion in costs – which means they LOST $5 billion. These morons don’t understand the difference.
[The LAST time Comrade Clayton cheered on the Teamsters scumbags for massive wage hikes at UPS, it ended up costing 20,000 workers their jobs.]

No they don’t dummy. They LOST $648 million in 2023 and thus made a whopping $152 million over the last two years. Not exactly “billions.”

I’ll put it in terms Comrade Clayton can understand: his fake ranching ‘business.”
It’s like when Comrade Clayton sells 10 parasite-infested goats in a year and gets all excited about the $2,000 that he “made.” He ignores all the input costs, because those are likely covered by dad and grandpa. Grandpa pays $5,000 in property taxes and insurance since he actually owns the land (something Sid Miller will discover), dad pays $3,000 for new fencing supplies and tractor repairs since he owns the tractor. Dad also maybe buys Clayton some bales of hay and alfalfa and mineral licks for his pets. Dad buys him a stock trailer to carry a couple mini goats around, etc, etc. All that shit adds up, but Comrade Clayton doesn’t count it because he never pays it. It’s all “free.”
ANYBODY who has run a small business can attest to the endless number of surprise, bullshit expenses that pop up at the worst times to bite your ass. EVERYBODY gets paid before you. Comrade Clayton would know this if he had ever run one.
So Comrade Clayton can brag that he has massive revenues of $2,000 but his “operation” ALSO has expenses of maybe $10,000, in this example. So the operation takes a $8,000 LOSS for the year. Which is probably a small price to pay for Dad to keep his incompetent, aimless, live-at-home fuckup of a son busy every year. It also means it’s not a ‘business’ – it’s a hobby for a retarded kid.
If you are stupid enough to think TSN is a monopoly and they are printing money, you should DEFINITELY ask Dad for some money and invest in them. We’ll check back in a year and see how you did, moron.
Hint: TSN is DOWN 8% over the last 5 years. The S&P 500 is UP 98% in the last 5 years and gold (an inanimate object with zero revenues) is up 85%. Quite a bit of underperformance, wouldn’t you say??
Now go home and get your fuckin’ shine box.
