One thing is for sure, they better sure as hell put it out for bid and if Azbell Electronics is involved again, you can be sure some serious fuckery is afoot.

Azbell, as you recall, are the scumbags who got a no-bid contract for the City council chambers A/V system and cost the City TRIPLE what the original open-bid contract from Broadcast Works amounted to.
