That is a huge bummer. My condolences to the Clark family. I was REALLY looking forward to him kicking the ass of Bob Goodart in May, as I remarked just 6 short days ago in a post.
I nicknamed Randy “Speedbump” a while back because he was the one who usually spoke up and slowed everyone down when the fiscally insane loons on City council were all amped up about spending another million on some stupid project:
Councilman Randy “Speedbump” Clark was the lone voice of sanity voting AGAINST this idiotic expenditure. Yay Randy.
